So far, for me, liftoff and connect seems the most complete.
Liftoff. Waiting for Sync for Lemmy.
Waiting for Sync for Lemmy. Meanwhile is use the Voyager webapp (previously called wefwef)
It’s getting close.
Just a reminder to folks that there’s a list of app over here if you’re unfamiliar with any of the ones being mentioned: https://lemdro.id/post/4319
Link is taking me to a different post. Is the link correct?
Yep, it works for me! You can also find it pinned at !lemdroid@lemdro.id
Just waiting for Boost so I can launch the rocket :)
using connect for now, ill be switching to boost once its available!
Sadly most client has jitter scrolling except voyager and summit
Summit user here too.
It’s very rough and ready but it works, and does seem to be updated every now and then.
It’s very feature-light but hopefully that’ll get patched in now while the Lemmy app goldrush bumps up a gear.
Still just using the PWA, tbh. It’s not perfect but I’m overall pretty happy with it. Probably won’t move to an app until Sync or Artemis launch.
Jerboa as a placeholder for Boost. In fact launched the rocket a little bit ago in anticipation.
Jerboa. Does everything I need it to.
When Boost for Lemmy comes out however I will most likely transition to there.
I’ve looked at many as an alternative to Jerboa but they all seem to be very similar to each other.
Looking forward to Boost!I’ve tried both jerboa and liftoff. I kept having issues in posting and the apps thinking I wasn’t signed in. Now uisng voyager and it’s finally feeling good to scroll around and not a chore
Boost was incredible when I was on the previous platform!
I want to try that out. I did use Liftoff, Jerboa and Connect.
May be this will change when Boost comes on the Play Store, but for now, Jerboa has been my go-to.
I switch back and forth between Jerboa and Liftoff. Looking forward to see what Sync will bring to the table.
I keep coming back to connect. I find it offers the best feature set currently.
I just moved to Connect and I am really impressed. I was waiting for Boost, but I think I might stay here.
Is Connect open source? I can’t find a repo for it.
It’s not.
The dev says they’ll open source it later, but it’s just hypothetical for now.
Connect dev here. Yeah I’d like to clean things up first and also see where the interest lies. Maintaining open source software I feel is more stressful than people realize…
