Admittedly I’m a pretty hardcore atheist, and realize that clouds my objectivity. My comment was a very loose generalization, and I agree 100% with your comment (and let me blanket all others that say the same as you) that religion is the excuse to fight, not necessarily the reason.

Doesn’t religion cause war, historically speaking?

I’ve been using a Nalgene 1L daily since receiving it last Christmas. It has the screw on widemouth lid, I’m typically leery of any plastic, but I feel safe with this particular brand that is made in the US (where I foolishly believe that material sourcing is better researched).

I am making a concerted effort not to engage in pettiness or mean spirited behaviour (not that I did on that other platform), anything I’m posting here will be either one or a combination of sarcasm, praise, appreciation, learning, teaching, and humour!

I’d like to see a return to this, or a return to the media being generally unbiased if not always truthful. Instead I flip between CNN and Fox and try to distil the facts, then research online… tomorrow I’ll do it all over again.
