Afaik kbin.social’s DDOS protection through cloudflare is messing with federation. I don’t believe it will be permanent but I don’t have a source on that.
I want the more the merrier as long as we can moderate the more toxic tendencies, but at this moment I’m also pleased that much of the folks and vibes are much like reddit when i first joined

I subscribe to r/tech and r/technology but it would be nice for there to be multi server communities. Matrix found a way to do it
Funnily I remember joining both Digg and Lemmy shortly before Digg’s implosion. It’s really bittersweet cause there’s so many smaller subreddits like r/SS13 and multitudes of show subreddits that collect fans to chat with that I wish I could take with to the fediverse reddit-likes.
Fedora Silverblue. It’s one of the closest to a ChromeOS like “no maintenance” Linux distros with still a lot of Linux feel. I just don’t have the headspace to maintain reliably anymore.
Honestly? It feels a bit mid for me. I keep reflexively opening the app, and there’s still a lot of smaller communities I peek at. I try to keep time-burning scrolling here, but it doesn’t feel the same.
