My opinion is no. They can then use it to buy drugs or alcohol, which is unfortunately likely.

Maybe you could donate to some homeless shelter?
Or maybe, you could try asking if you could buy them some food instead.

Yeah other harsh penalties and strict laws. US death penalty is not a fair comparison because it varies state to state as do gun laws.

That’s a nice theory, but unfortunately doesn’t seem to be the case here. Their violent crime rates are wayyyy below most other countries. The numbers speak for themselves. I’m not supporting execution, just saying that whatever they’re doing is working.
