He paid to see it, and I’m not going to read his notes. Wins all around except for Ben himself.

A headline to come: “Florida GOP to change state nickname, policies, to ‘The Sundown State’”
God, how many “special” editions did Bugatti make of the Veyron? When everything is special, nothing is special.
A lot of the people who discriminate against the lgbtq+ community absolutely believe that sexual orientation is a choice, and I’d wager that includes the justices who ruled in favor of the web designer.
I wonder what this will mean for Ramzan Kadyrov. He relies on Putin for protection, right? But if Putin is seen as the paper tiger he is, will Kadyrov be safe? His Kadyrovites didn’t have a very good showing yesterday, either, having just sat there in traffic for a few hours, probably dicking around on their phones.
Until corporations can be incarcerated or sentenced to death, they should not be given the right to vote.
Things are gonna get worse before they, uh, get worse.
Nope. He saw weakness and an opportunity, so he seized it. Things are going to get a lot worse before they get… well, worse.
Do they take out Putin, then step aside for a democratically elected president?
Genuinely curious—is there any reason to believe they’d actually do this?
Yeah, I may just do that, like post a sticky/pinned thread (if that’s A Thing here, idk) saying that whoever is interested is welcome to take over modship. I just want to get something started. Maybe this weekend, why not.
I’d start a community/magazine on my own based on subreddits that have no analogue here (e.g., cassette futurism, Comedy Bang Bang, Doughboys) but would that require me to be a mod or whatever? I’d be fine providing material as if I were seeding a garden, until more users come in and it becomes active on its own, but I don’t want to be watching it over constantly or anything like that.
I was able to use KeePass when I first started my job in 2019, but after I swapped laptops and found I had to get admin permission to install it, and was promptly denied, I was pretty miffed. The IT lord said they were going to implement… some kind of solution, but so far it’s never materialized. I might have to open a BitWarden account just for my work passwords because LastPass has only been a stopgap for me. I can’t believe we don’t have an office-wide password solution because otherwise everyone is going to keep using <<companyname>><<currentyear>>! for everything and that’s just terrible.
Honestly, I don’t even care if that’s the case. Cars are becoming more like living rooms on wheels and less engaging overall (less about driving and more about being driven), so I don’t even care what I drive when the time comes, so long as it isn’t a piece of garbage with a shoddily-built interior. Hell, I’d rather just not have a car at all at that point, but we don’t have the infrastructure here (in the US) for that.
