So it’s only exclusive for 23 days?
Really weird when the game isn’t currently on any other system…

I have an 85” QN90B and HDR on it looks fantastic, always bright and very clear. I’ve never run into the issues you’ve described here, maybe it’s only specific models?
From a technical perspective, they didn’t remove it or any of the other missing features from the taskbar since the win11 taskbar was built from scratch without any of the old code for 10. For whatever reason, that feature wasn’t prioritized in the new taskbar build so it wasn’t built yet, or they didn’t want to add it.
I still think their decision to not allow the new taskbar to be placed on the sides or top is really stupid though, as someone with a 32:9 monitor, I’d much rather use some of my horizontal space for taskbar rather than limited vertical space.
Ya know, we haven’t taken a look at our pixel tree in a few seconds…
What do you think of the Hall effect joysticks? I was thinking of getting some, but been kind of turned off by reports of the square shaped output they have making rotating worse
OneX has been around for a while, their main competition up until the release of the Steam Deck has been AyaNeo and GPDWin. They do make some solid systems, but they’ve (all 3) traditionally been a lot more expensive than SD and Ally have pushed the market.
Not sure, I haven’t used wifi-based headphones before. I just know I don’t notice any audio latency when using APTX-LL supporting headphoens/adapter that I’ve noticed when just using regular bluetooth
As long as you use headphones and a bluetooth adapter that both support APTX LL (low-latency), it’s instantaneous for me. Same as using it wired.
From what I’ve read, the boomerangs ps3 controller wasn’t actually dumb at all. It was apparently extremely comfortable to hold because of the way it curved into your palms and the placement of the buttons and sticks felt really natural. But the poor reception to the look of it basically bullied Sony into reverting to the classic DualShock layout.
Nope, USA
I’ve actually not gotten any sort of advertising about it from Instagram/Meta, be in the the app or email or anything. I’ve only seen the tech blogs and people on twitter posting about it organically, so I wouldn’t say they’re aggressively pushing it, at least right now
While it uses your instagram account, it’s a separate app and you have to actually go through sign up to be on it. So while there is less of a hurdle, it’s definitely not anyone on instagram, only if you’ve actively signed up for it.
Apparently it won’t be federating with other ActivityPub instances right away, but planned for shortly post-launch
Gamepad plays great! I’m actually much preferring it to mouse and keyboard for Diablo. It was designed for Xbox Series and PS5, so the controls are pretty intuitive. I prefer it because I can move my character with the stick rather than having to click around or hold the mouse down as I move
I don’t think thats true about the design community hating it. I think a lot of designers have a general fondness for it. I’ve been in Product Design for years and have rarely heard anyone hating on it.
No need to preorder if you have gamepass
Honestly that wouldn’t surprise me if it were gameplay footage. The way she moves through the cave before the “cutscene” feels just like the first game. There’s a good bit that’s just walking around between combat
Ah cool, that makes sense!
Can you speak more to your air purifier automations? do you have them stop running when the house is empty? or run when it’s empty?
Adobe had already announced that they were sunsetting XD with the announcement of their Figma aquisition, as Figma is much more successful and filled the same space. I guess now the question is whether they decide to reverse course and revive XD now that they won’t be getting Figma
