The Steam saves, yes, the Steam deck would play them just fine.

You are the one who is keeping his eyes eyes and ears shut. Check Wikipedia, check human rights groups, etc.
Put them behind a firewall in the guest network.
And thinking that the majority of the players who spent those money are not earning their own money, it’s just sad. Same bullshit like NFT.
That’s the stupidest thing I have heard today.
Actually the disk drives makes the console attractive, as you can snag cheap second hand games
The PS 5 price was very reasonable, considering how expensive it was to build a PC at that time, now the PS5 Pro is a completely different beast and I do agree it makes very little sense.
You can install Plex/Jellyfin on the PC and get a much better experience, watch on the phone, tablet, serve multiple clients, etc.
So your argument is unsubstantial.
The best part of the PS5 is that you can buy and sell discs at much more reasonable prices.
But my feeling is that they will soon start shipping consoles without a disk drive. Maybe PS 6 will be the last one.
800€ in Europe, that’s a hard NO. Plus devs will still target the PS5 for optimising their games. This release was completely unnecessary.
The only reason why it exists is perhaps to try to normalise the higher prices for the PS 6.
Same with Witcher 3. That was an amazing game. Or Skyrim 5.
Thanks, I will do exactly that then
Yes, I was thinking about that as well and even found some guide on how this can be done. Actually I was eyeing uBlue but it should be exactly the same procedure for both.
The other option is I guess to rebase the system to something like this https://github.com/wayblueorg/wayblue?tab=readme-ov-file which already provides the Hyprland.
Are there any particular advantages and disadvantages of both methods that I should be aware of?
I am in tech and so far the only way to get a decent pay rise was to swap jobs. Every 3-4 years. At my last position, I got something like 3-4% pay rise, for the last 3 years, when the official inflation was more than 20%, while I am sure they have adapted their pricing accordingly.
Every time it is the same story and excuses. And it is really tiring.
The most powerful country is not even a member of the ICC, guess why. At the same time, they applauded their decision when they issued the arrest warrant for Putin.
Now they are threatening to apply sanctions on the main prosecutor and some judges in case they issue arrest warrants for Bibi & Gallant.
This is how wicked and hypocritical our world is.
Justice for thee but not for me.
To be honest right now is a relatively good time to build a PC, except for the GPU, which is heavily overpriced. I think if you are content with last gen AMD, this can also be turned to somewhat acceptable levels.
He (Ben Gvir) has a long history of anti-Arab activism leading to dozens of indictments and at least eight convictions of crimes including incitement to racism, possession of propaganda for a terrorist organization (the now illegal political party Kach) and support for a terrorist organisation (also Kach).[9] As a lawyer, he is known for defending Jews accused of Jewish extremist terrorism on trial in Israel.[10]
And the saddest thing is that if she wasn’t an American citizen this incident would have simply been briefly mentioned in the news without providing a name or a story.
You remember the food kitchen workers and how much noise there were around those killings. But the reality is since the conflict started at least 284 aid workers were killed and no one is talking about it: https://apnews.com/article/israel-hamas-gaza-war-palestinians-statistics-40000-7ebec13101f6d08fe10cedbf5e172dde.
I bought 512GB OLED and then immediately swapped the SSD to 2 Tb
