Libgen. Not torrents but books are all over.
Also audiobooksbay, you don’t actually need an account for these torrents if you take the hash from the site
Sounds like the easiest method lol. At least that way I could add in something to delete photos after copying them if they’re X days old.
I saw the compose earlier, doesn’t it call for an external db, among other things?
If it’s just that compose I’ll probably implement this tomorrow.
I figured it out. It gets a little more complex when you’re using a reverse proxy and inter-vlan routing lol.
Too much of a hassle for me, unless I dump the instance on my wifi network but if I set this up I’d like the option to use it for my other vlans too.
I think it’s because I have 150GB of photos on 2 different phones and don’t clean them out often.
This works well, but not when you have 13k/150GB of photos lol
This is cool, unfortunately for me I’m too lazy to set up like 5 dockers for immich right now lol.
I played more and got it working a bit better. Where it becomes a management nightmare is how it’s designed. Too much of a hassle to sync between a server and DHCP clients over different vlans.
I wasn’t aware that either of these had a syncing feature. How well does immich work? I’ve been looking to switch to it from phptoprism for a while
I might wipe data from syncthing and try again, I think I accidentally screwed up one of those settings and was never prompted again thereafter.
Immich supports image uploads from a phone?
Yes I am
I tried to set this up last week and found it was buggy and unreliable as hell on android.
Maybe I did something wrong, but same server side and 2 different android phones, I open the app after some time has passed and the light thing is green but server shows disconnected. The slide out menu has “restart” greyed out. I force close and reopen the app, then it starts working again.
Does not seem reliable.
For this I like Joplin. I sync it to nectcloud, access from my phone or computers or whatever, and I organize everything into books.
My primary PC gaming method these days is a steam deck. I seriously check compatibility before I buy games now lol. My desktop has been collecting dust for months, but even then it’s primary OS is Linux. I used to boot into windows for a couple games specifically due to issues I experienced with wine but things are so much better now I don’t even know the last time I booted windows.
Well once you add LEDs it increases the FPS 30% so yeah.
Burnout Paradise city and NFS underground 2 I spent so many hours on. Loved those.
