Psn requirement sucks, but it is a sequel to a game not a spin off. It’s a full length story, new and refreshed mechanics and upgraded engine etc. I don’t see how this is worth less than the first game.

The hardware that the switch is based on is much older than the switch itself, so it’s likely we’ll get this level of performance for the next switch.
Not sure where you heard this, but a galaxy s24 definitely cannot match the performance of a PS5

Fair enough. I guess I felt it was the wrong platform for it and that it would have had better use on something akin to a psvita.
The resolution and blurriness was the biggest issue for me and what gave me a headache. I loved my 3ds but I didn’t really have a use for it on that platform. Also the fact that it was optional meant no developer could actually make it useful as a game mechanic
Cool tech, but wrong platform. It gave people headaches and it halfed the effective resolution of an already low resolution screen. I think it would have worked better if the hardware running it could handle rendering two 3d scenes.
Publishers are kinda useless tbh.
Ue5 has powerful procgen tech that is used by a lot of developers.

Put simply man, it’s just a cool pirate game. The story was supplemental enough to kinda keep u going but the gameplay was the good part.
4 had a lot of issues, bad story, trailing missions and a lot of pacing problems. But it’s the best pirate game ever made. And the ship combat was great
Optimisation is hard, especially when it’s an afterthought. SMO was built from the ground up for the switch. Just like zelda. The switch is not a powerful console.
