This is just my opinion but most comic book based games suck anyway.

Rimworld is one of those games I’m addicted to for like 2 weeks non-stop.
Then once I have 30 colonists and they can’t even keep the floor clean cuz I have too many things going on, I’m done because i know I’ll never “finish” anything. Even though every time I start that game I tell myself I’ll finally build the spaceship this time.
I wouldn’t go that far, but we could benefit with less of it.
Dude, ok. The responses you received imo are somewhat disingenuous, and bandwagonish.
Is it the answer to Skyrim or Fallout? God no.
It is fun? Yes. It’s Skyrim/Fallout in space. Don’t expect much more than that.
You want an ultra realistic space fairing game? Play Elite Dangerous.
You’ll have have at least 40-60 hours of fun. I’m not trying to be a shill here. There are a decent amount of things you can extract from Starfield for why you won’t like it. However, it’s still something worthy of experiencing.
Especially if you steal it.
Looks like a standalone fast paced Stellaris. Kinda like how Ozymandias plays, if you know that game.
So a dumbed down version of Stellaris.
Your Song - Elton John (Cameron Bedell cover)
Mainly because I’m gonna play it at a wedding while a friend walks down the aisle they requested me to do. So, it’s on repeat to learn the chord progression, and the little runs he does vocally. By the end of this I will loath the song.
So angry. See as you see fit my friend.
Start it at 11 minutes. Everything before that is just his opinions on why people don’t want to emulate games.
Not saying it’s a waste of time or anything, just if you already know the arguments then it’s unnecessary.
Ghibli? Sure. A nice feel good animated movie with loveable characters, definitely. It already has the anime feel to it.
Lynch? Idk about that… That’s the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I’d rather not feel weird and or confused by a Stardew movie, with a whole bunch of random obscure dark metaphors of farm life and the pitfalls of capitalism presented by heavy cinematography with very little dialogue that went way over budget.
This totally off topic, but back in the day Chad used to mean taking a giant dump or being a little piece of shit. So to me, you basically said the same thing twice.
I feel like the whole reason that changed was a Dad told his son “stop being a Chad kid”. So, when the kid asked what that meant, the Mom stepped in and said it means a cool dude. Then started telling all his friends “My Dad thinks I’m a Chad!”
So now its a giant Dad joke that has whooshed a whole generation.
Rabbit isn’t all that bad though…
I never knew what a tankie was until I came to Lemmy… now I see it everywhere. It’s gross…
The people who tried to explain it to you, cant even it explain it themselves lol
I appreciate you.
I recommend getting off your high horse.
Honestly, I don’t even know myself. Was very much drunk when I wrote this last night. I’ll keep it up though for a reminder to not get too drunk and write things like this.
No, I don’t, because I remember trying to make attempts at making my own game.
Hence being called RPG Maker.
In 2003 when I was like 17 there wasn’t like a fuckin library of games made in RPG Maker, and if there was, it was only known to the super nerds. Knowing what RPG Maker was in 2003 made you a nerd. If you knew of a library of games for RPG Maker, made you like king of nerds.
I’m envious of your nerdom if you had that access.
The only good game was Mario Tennis.
