Not really, check out their claim on google. Ships are polluting a shitton. They have huge engines that run on the crappiest fuel known to man. It’s so bad, that they have to switch to diesel by law when comming close to the shore / port so as to meet any semblence of environmental law. Something like the top 10 ships pollute more than all cars on Earth combined (exhaust gasses, not tire wear / brake dust).
Gog doesn’t have this. They specifically market it that you get to download a binary install and keep the game forever.

You should give it a try, it is some of the weirdest and coolest tech in controllers. It’s the only one I use for gaming, dropped every other for it. The gyro aiming thing is such a weird yet natural concept it’s just funny nobody thought of it before them. Lots of settings to go through before it works well for a specific game. I set it up for CSGO and was able to play at like 80% of my usual skill (LEM at the time), with spray control being amazing on it compared to mouse. Honestly, if I had it when I was learning to play FPS when I was young, I’d probably be better on it than kb+m

Not much to understand. A chunk is a small part of a map. People do challenges to do everything in a chunk then move to the next. This guy chose a part of a map that took hundreds of hours to complete and did it.

And yes, the command line is an issue to most regular users. My parents don’t grasp the concept of keyboard shortcuts for copying and pasting. I get a phone call every time they try to attach a file to an email, where they say the steps when they are doing it so they don’t fuck it up. If you use the computer to access a single webpage that’s bookmarked, youtube and ebay, maybe an hour every week at most, expecting them to have to learn a new system and a command line isn’t feasible. People like icons and clicking. If you managed to get rid of a keyboard and maintain functionality, they’d switch in a heartbeat. That’s why smartphones are so popular. That’s why kids preffer touchscreen over controller, and are basically unable to play keyboard and mouse anymore.
Maybe give them what they need to actually fight instead of trickling it? Ukraines problem isn’t manpower or the will to fight or training or whatever. They need artillery, they need tanks. Give them that and Russia gets kicked.

Anyone who knows how software companies work knows the pattern. One dude wants to do something and pushes hard for it and things get done. Then they leave the company / get promoted / move to a different part of the company and there is no more will to do said thing. The people in the company have forgotten about linux support 200 times already, and saying something 10 years ago won’t change that. Make linux be something regular gamers want to run, get a double digit adoption rate, maybe they’ll revisit it
They’re getting downvotes for “not like it matters”. Every little bit matters and “limit eating red meat” helps too. You don’t need to completely stop.
Also the claim sounds weird to people who don’t know facts about shipping and how horrific it is for the environment. Most people think “plane bad” not “ship bad”.
