And what meant on getting every dime if there 3 cebts left on the card the place should have to give you a 3 cent credit. Allowing you to use all of the value of the card.

Think the FTC should get involved on this one. One gift cards should never expire. Two you should have the right to cash it out and every fucking penny off of that card.
