There is even a chapter of one of the two expansions where Jessie returns, in a prequel of sorts to Control.

Alan Wake 2 is the direct sequel to both Alan Wake and Control so you should definitely get it if you liked Control. There is also a Control-centric expansion for AW2 just as there was an Alan Wake expansion for Control.
I recently played through both Alan Wakes and Control with all the expansions and it’s an AWEsome experience on par with playing through the Mass Efect trilogy IMO.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What is a movie that "looks like" it would suck, but actually is well written and acted and a good time?
2·5 months agoNo, of course not. But it’s funny how he openly admits to his ignorance. He still gives a great performance and was obviously very well liked by the rest of the cast.

6·5 months agoAlthough the interviews with the cast are hilarious just because Hugh Grant doesn’t have a single clue about DnD but also couldn’t give a single fuck about it.

3·7 months agoAgreed, I’m also surprised how much more alive the NPCs feel. They start conversations with each other and have their own lifes. It’s feels much more dynamic than Skyrim’s dumbed down version of the same system.

A pity that it had to happen like this, but we have to look forward and turn Europe into the beacon of democratic ideals that the US refuses to be anymore.
