I’ve been trying to move away from Google Translate, it’s so good though. Any adequate open source alternatives? Bonus points if it has a phrasebook and if I can import mine from Google.

Their privacy policy explicitly says that everything you put in it will be used for train there algorithms. So, if the only goal is avoid Google as such - deepl is ok, if the goal is avoid “leaking” of you data - it is not a good alternative.
