Honestly, given the advances in money milking machine design and management, the 20 year old ones are the better, less exploitative, options with fewer dark patterns.
Not denying that, but I used to collect mounts and strived for completion…literally impossible now.
I did like it when they introduced the shitty Pokémon rip off so I could play tedious mini games with all the dozens of pets I’d collected.
