I still remember when they bought Macromedia and Flash turned to crap. Later on they even renamed it to something completely unimaginative: Animate. Terrible.

Neat! I finished Need for Speed 4 like a year ago. I was never able to beat it as a kid. That felt good.

Or better yet buy directly from the artist
I don’t understand the mental gymnastics some people do to reach the conclusion that piracy is the “ethical thing” to do. What about the artists? How is that any better for us? If you all pirate then we go from getting peanuts to getting nothing.
In fact, piracy sort of birthed streaming in the first place. There were Limewire and Napster, then streaming platforms came along to basically legalize piracy… Hell, the Spotify CEO used to be the CEO of uTorrent
People used to upload pirated music to YouTube. So you know what happened? YouTube came up with their song detection system that now pays artists when their track is streamed, even if it was uploaded by someone else. Even if it plays in the background of a vlog. See what I mean? Legalized piracy.
PS: I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed
Nice! You’re the first person so far to say you go to concerts more often since covid.
Me too on the genres. I seem to broaden my horizons more and more as time goes by. I’m glad I didn’t end up being one of those people who only listens to what they liked in high-school
You don’t sound boring! You sound smart!
Try Senner or Etymotic earplugs. And put them in right after you enter the venue. All that chatting people do before the show will, if anything, at least be exhausting for your mind.
Best one so far 😆
Oh no ☹️ I’m sorry…
I also have tinnitus. Mine is permanent. It never goes away at all. I got it in my teens from my guitar amp… ☹️ Never a day I don’t regret it. Same about a Linkin Park show too. I was gonna catch their second-to-last concert before Chester went but I was out of town.
I used to go to shows almost weekly when I was living in London (UK). Now I live in a relatively small city so I rarely get to go.
I feel you. I go to concerts IN SPITE of the crowds. 😆 And I have not set foot in a stadium in 12 years and I’m not planning to ever again. Theatre, pub or no go.
And I always always always wear earplugs. The good kind, not the pharmacy kind, cause those just make the loud music sound like muffled music.
Ah, dang… that’s sad. ☹️

This sounds like “If we let men marry men, what’s next? Men marrying goats?”
