It’s such a dumb, stone-age way to try to insult someone regardless of their actual sexual orientation. Like so what if I am? This is the 21st century, how about you get with the times.

The best way to respond is vocally; in your best classic skeletor voice “NYEHEHEHEHEHE! JOKES ON YOU! I’M INTO THAT STUFF!”
